DMS CNC MAKINA from 1981 to the present..

DMS CNC MAKINA was established in a workshop of 100m2 by manufacturing lathe works and sub-production in Konya Karatay Industry in 1981 and DMC CNC MAKINA has been one of the leading companies which made CNC supported production in Konya. Its production capacity was increased by augmenting number of CNC to 8 pieces in equipment pool.

DMS CNC MAKINA which has begun also selling the CNC machine since 1996, established HAN ELECTRONIC company which is service company for providing higher quality and express service to their customers in 1997 and has had important (significant) references in a short time by continuing to its investment fully on CNC Selling and Service.

DMS CNC MAKINA which opened its own branch in large cities in the 2000s, gives quality and professional service to Turkish industrialist in Konya Headquarter, Istanbul, Izmır, Bursa, Ankara Branches and Kayseri Service Point with dynamic selling and service team.

Our company won the “GOLD PRIZE” in 2013 which is most successful distributor prize of our precious business partner HARTFORD and it is one of 3 distribution centers of HARTFORD all over the world at the same time.

Our company which continues to its service investments also in 2014, established PCB Card Reparation Laboratory and has started to give PCB card reparation service to all sectors related to medical device, high-speed train, military devices except for machine sector.

Our company follows all service processes and customer demands as online by putting ONLINE MOBILE SERVICE SYSTEM (OMSS) into use again in 2014. All processes in service actions are recorded with mobile devices in our service engineers and is monitored from headquarter. Thus while we are offering a faster and effective service to our customers, we provide continuity of quality service by measuring consistently customer satisfaction thanks to statistical information and reports which are provided by system.
